- Payment of HILLS HAVENS holiday accommodation rental fee constitutes the clients acceptance of these TERMS and CONDITIONS.
- To secure your holiday booking, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking and balance due 21 days prior to arrival date. Bookings made within 21 days of arrival date, full tariff applies to confirm the booking. Payments may be made by cheque (deposit’s ONLY), money order, Internet or bank transfer, MasterCard, VISA or debit card. Please note, a 2% fee will be charged for all credit/debit card payments. A fee of $35 for dishonored cheques will be payable.
- Keys will be made available by prior arrangement. Upon departure, all keys are to be left where advised by owners, and ALL windows and doors are to be locked.
- All HILLS HAVENS premises are to be left in a satisfactory clean and tidy state, including all garbage wrapped and emptied into outside garbage bin, washing up done, fry pans/saucepans clean and without burn/stain marks. In the event of excessive cleaning requirements, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guests.
- Pets are not allowed at any HILLS HAVENS properties.
- Linen and towels are supplied, also a complimentary supply of kitchen/bathroom equipment is provided on arrival.
- Smoking is not permitted inside any HILLS HAVENS properties.
- Any damage, breakage, staining or loss of furniture, furnishings, linen, equipment, locks or keys, is to be reported immediately to the owners/operators and paid for at cost, other than acceptable wear and tear. Please note, that the owners/cleaners do a detailed inventory check both before and after your occupation.
- The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice. Additional fees of $35 per person per night will apply for excess guests not notified to the owners/operators in advance.
- The owners/operators take no responsibility for the client’s personal property left on the premises. COD postage costs will apply for return of items left by guests.
- Check-out time is on or before 11AM. The client must vacate the property by the check-out time, unless agreed with the owners/operators in advance that they may stay longer. Without prior agreement, additional late departure fees will apply at the nightly rate. Check-in time is from 3PM.
- The client making the booking must be 18 years or over and agree to take full responsibility for the temporary rental of the property.
- Furniture, fixtures and fittings are not to be altered, moved, dragged across floors, or moved between rooms or properties. The BBQ and out door settings must remain on the outside deck.
- Under no circumstances should windows/doors be left open/unlocked when the premises are not occupied.
- For call outs, we endeavor to respond ASAP.
- In the event of a cancellation/postponement by the client within 21 days of arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable, unless the property is re-let for the entire period of booking. All bookings cancelled/postponed a $50 administration fee applies. No show or cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date, full tariff applies for the entire period of that booking.
